
Meet Erin
​
Erin is a Licensed Counselling Therapist in New Brunswick and a Certified Canadian Counsellor, registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Memorial University and is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

With years of experience at Anglophone School District South (ASD-S), Erin has provided behavior intervention and social-emotional support to middle and high school students. She brings a developmental and forensic psychology background and has advanced training in trauma-informed practice, psychopathology, and personal wellness.

Erin’s passion lies in working with adolescents and adults, offering therapy that is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic approaches. Erin supports clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, stress, neurodiversity, trauma, and grief management.

Erin believes in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship to foster resilience, self-discovery, and long-term well-being. She offers both in-person and virtual therapy, making it easier for clients to access the support they need.
